About Me
My Journey
My name is Viktoriia Tikidzhieva, and I am a dedicated nutritionist with an MD background, specializing in guiding women through the incredible journey of pregnancy. My mission is to eliminate the stress of figuring out what to eat for conception and during pregnancy, empowering women to embrace this special time with confidence and peace of mind. Through my program, NourishMe Intro, I help clients transform their dietary and lifestyle habits to prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy.
My journey began as a foreign MD, where I dreamed of continuing my medical career in the US. However, I faced numerous challenges within a broken system. My own health issues, including PCOS since my teens, a decade of oral contraceptives, and multiple surgeries on my ovaries, led me to seek alternative solutions. Determined to find the root cause of my problems, I embarked on a personal journey that transformed my life. By addressing the underlying issues, I normalized my cycle, discontinued contraceptive pills, and welcomed two beautiful children into my life. This personal transformation inspired me to help others achieve similar successes.
I stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nutrition and functional medicine by continuously furthering my education. I regularly read PUBmed articles, attend webinars, and participate in classes that align with my interests and professional goals. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I provide the most current and effective guidance to my clients. Through understanding and addressing your pain points, I am here to support you in achieving optimal health and well-being during your pregnancy journey.
I help women prepare for and navigate pregnancy with the right nutrition, eliminating the stress of meal planning and empowering them to embrace this special time with confidence and peace of mind.

After seven years as an obstetrician-gynecologist at Emergency Hospital in Rostov-on-Don, I moved to the USA to start anew. I learned a new language, discovered a new culture, and ultimately decided to pursue a holistic approach to health. In 2022, I pivoted my career and pursued an MSc in Nutrition at Lamar University, USA. In 2023, I became a nutritionist, offering one-on-one consultations, personalized meal plans, and guidance tailored to individual needs. I am a highly educated professional with a medical degree and extensive work experience as an OBGYN surgeon. I am passionate about working with women during the preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum periods.
